CWCK - (Colmex Women Contruction Krewe) is a new division of Colmex Focusing on Women in Construction.

Our program participants are qualified, reliable subcontractors that make great additions to any team!
The Colmex Women Construction Krewe is a new division of Colmex to serve in empowering and providing women with more access to opportunities in the construction industry. In order for the program to serve its function, this division is now available for subcontracting opportunities with Local Prime Contractors. In contracting CWCK, you get a team of empowered, skilled, and hardworking women that operate on the standards Colmex Construction has set in its 18 years in business. Together we can create positive change and pave the way for a more inclusive workforce.

Through CWCK, Colmex aims to break the glass ceiling and provide more access to opportunities through a comprehensive approach that includes full-time employment, benefits, continuous education, and on-the-job training. By working with other General Contractors we can support women in building successful careers within the construction industry.
